THE CREATIVE BEHIND FATCAKES

Founded by Ashley Simmons, Fatcakes began with a love for creating beautiful desserts and has grown into a dessert studio centered around thoughtful design, meaningful celebrations, and the details that make each event uniquely yours.
"Fatcakes Cupcakes has been my go-to for sweet treats for so many years! Ashley has always impressed myself and my family with the flavors she packs into each cake or cupcake she bakes for us. And can we talk about presentation for a second? Because wow! She has always done an amazing job at creating such beautiful pieces of edible art. Every detail she puts into her work is thoughtful and personal.

As someone who enjoys desserts that are not too sweet but just sweet enough, she hits the nail on the head every time! Her cakes also hold up incredibly well in the fridge. I have had some leftovers in the fridge for 4 or 5 days and they would still be moist and soft when I go to eat them that many days later.

I highly recommend giving Fatcakes Cupcakes a try if you haven’t already! If you have a vision, Ashley can and will do her best to bring that vision to life. I can’t wait until the next time I need to make an order for some delicious cake."
